With 41.3 Million Hispanics in the United States, Need for Hispanic Heritage Month Resources Grows
FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich., Sept. 12, 2006 – Today in the United States, Hispanics make up 14 percent of the population, an increase of 17 percent in the past four years. With more than 41.3 million Hispanics in the United States and a projected population growth that will account for 46 percent of all United States population growth over the next 20 years*, Hispanic Heritage Month continues to gain significance in today’s multicultural world.
